Pillow Talk Weekly

For most of my life, I thought I was forgetful, careless, too much—or simply a hot mess. I didn't understand what ADHD was doing behind the scenes, or how much it affected the people I loved. Looking back now, I see the little girl, the overwhelmed mother and the woman just trying to look like she had it together very differently. Some of it is heartbreaking. Some of it is absolutely hilarious. And all of it taught me something about judgment, compassion and finally understanding my own brain.
